I'm It!

I've been tagged in a blog game!

Here are the rules:

1. Pick up the book nearest you with at least 123 pages. (No cheating!)
2. Turn to page 123.
3. Count the first five sentences.
4. Post the next three sentences.
5. Tag five other bloggers.

Here we go..um..there's actually stacks of books so, let's see..."Bread and Jam for Frances" by Russel Hoban has 31 pages..."The Very Hungry Caterpillar" by Eric Carle has...nine pages. Ah, here we go..."Planet Narnia" by Michael Ward.

"Lewis's point illustrates the importance he attached as a critic to iconographical attention. I hope this book is demonstrating that the same sort of attention serves to unlock his own practice as a poet and writer of fiction. It is to his longest work of fiction that we now turn."

The author then delves into the novel "That Hideous Strength", by C.S. Lewis. This book (Planet Narnia) describes the influence of medieval cosmology on Lewis's literary work. No doubt the hungry catepillar would love to eat this one up, so I will seperate them before that happens. Stu needs to get his fill first.

Although I've sent my blog adress to all my friends and family, the only people who for sure look at my blog would be Lisa, Mom, Mrs. Bob and Stu. So, since Mrs. Bob tagged me, and Stu has already been tagged, I guess it's up to Lisa and Mom...you're it!
